Location, location, location. Excellent location in osaka for a "home base". 5 minutes to the train station, 2 minutes to dontonbori, lot's of shops and restaurants close by. Easy day trips to Kyoto and Nara from this location.

Good rooms with city views, and the location was right in central Osaka and the metro is the B1 floor of the building, very easy to get to. If coming from Kyoto don’t take the Shinkansen take the limited express much cheaper and still there in 45 min! Great and helpful staff, would definitely stay here again!
