"Great resort off the busy high street only a 10 minute walk to the center of town. There were always shoes and robes with baskets. Appreciated that staff were really helpful in assisting for check in and check out. Loved the options at the buffet. Only thing I found interesting was that I was not allowed in the hotels onsen as I had a few big tattoo's but the towns onsens itself was known for and allowed tattoo's. Would of been nice to visit their onsen. "

It was relaxing for my family to enjoy and be together, and I imagine it would make a beautiful romantic getaway. The special kaiseki dinner was one of the best I had during my stay in Japan. The property is a bit old but the service was very good even tho the front office staff didn’t speak English well but at least he tried Abd we could still communicate with him.
