「Upstairs bar was closed for a private party. :( Really wanted to sit outside and watch the sunset on the rooftop bar. Ended up at the downstairs bar.」

「Staff was excellent. Not worth the price. We paid for penthouse corner room. One window opened to a white wall and you could not see anything else. Only ocean view was the balcony. Bathroom needs updated.」

「Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.」

「During my check-in yesterday, I noticed that the bedding (bed sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases) did not appear to have been freshly changed. After contacting the bedding, my skin became itchy, which raised concerns about cleanliness. I reported this to the front desk, but initially, the concern was dismissed based on photos, and I was told that no replacement could be arranged because only one staff member was on duty. After I reiterated my discomfort and hygiene concerns, I was eventually...

「More like a Motel 6 than a resort. Only amenities were coffee at the lobby and a swimming pool. All of the rooms face the parking lot, no pool views. Extra towel not available, must turn in dirty towel to get a clean one. Room was clean.」
