「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「This place is every couples dream date night! Janelle and staff at the front desk are on point. If you need anything they are there to help. The rooms are always perfect and clean. Parking is always close and convenient. The three restaurants (West+Main, Ovest Via and Doug’s Diner) are something to remember. My wife and I enjoy a date night once a month here.
