"Paid for a “city view” room, only view I got was if the Netflix building across the street. The floors in my room were sticky. Tried making changes to my booking days prior, but no one ever got back to me."

"Poor quality of beds. Double bed too small for 2 people. Also beds cushion was pretty hard, could not sleep well."

"The place smells bad, the staff is not friendly and make feel welcome to the customers. The room smell to bad, the floor was dirty, no mirror in any space the room or bathroom; they charge me a couple more dollar over the price I pay with Expedia I don’t understand what they said about it. I don’t recommend this place no body. No places to shop around.."

"The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good with a short walk to a couple of subway stations with connections to multiple lines and within walking distance of the Brooklyn Bridge. Cons: The wifi connection was extremely slow, virtually unusable. The breakfast was terrible! The scrambled eggs cold and almost empty. The potstickers were dried out and cold as well. The coffee was empty and only refilled after we had finished. There no one around to be seen to ask about items which were out. The selection was also poor."

"Wish we had known that one wall of the shower was a window into the room. It was frosted up to my waist, which would be fine for a man, but very awkward for a female sharing a room with 2 sons. Other than that, the room was very clean and the staff were friendly. The neighborhood was pretty sketchy after dark. So walking 5 minutes from the subway at night was a little concerning. "
