「The staff was very friendly and attentive. The valet staff was excellent. My room was very clean and immaculate every day when I came back from being out. I would stay there again. I felt very safe. The streetcar was 1 block from the hotel. It provided transportation to the River Market and shopping malls.」

「The room and accommodations were great! The room was clean and fresh with no odors of smoking or air fresheners to mask unpleasant smells, which often is unpleasant in itself. The elevators from the parking garage to the rooms were nice to have, as well as covered parking. Overall, I would highly recommend staying with Crowne Plaza, and we will definitely be back again.」

「This was our second stay here and it was amazing! Friendly yet professional staff, clean room, comfortable bed, good sized tv, easy to get to and soundproof! The hotel was full but we didn’t hear anything inside the room. Recommended!」
