When I checked in I found that the fridge wasn’t working, there were no robes provided, if you wanted hot water in the shower or sink you would have to run the water for at least 5 min and the lighting was horrible. There was no makeup mirror and the brightest part of the room was the toilet, so if I wanted to read I would have to sit on the toilet. 「Excellent bar - great espresso martini. Classy hotel all the way around. Had a great corner room with excellent views. Only problem was very loud noise from some kind of concert across from the Galvez in an open lot. Lasted until 1am then started again around 9am Saturday morning - it was an annoyance.」

「The room smelled of mildew. Our clothes took on the mildew smell also. The bathroom fixtures were corroded and scratched. The vanity light had been replaced with a smaller light which showed the painted outline of the old larger light. There were scratches on the walls with plaster/drywall showing. 「Description on property was not accurate. It had 1 and 1/2 bath. No TVs in room. Or radio . Pans were hard to cook on. Leaking in bedroom floors from restrrom. Only 1 usb on 1 lamp and not enough light in rooms. Also, no privacy in bedrooms since you have to walk through 1 bedroom to get to the other bedroom so if you are with another couple, it was hard to go to kitchen or take a shower withthe other couple still asleep or changing.
