"The hotel is DARLING! Staff so kind and accommodating. Room was well appointed (art cute! Beds comfortable!) loved the vintage bathroom feel and all the tile work around and the lounge was stellar. Beautiful. Welcoming. But not overboard- it’s accessible to everyone. We are at the restaurant twice (I never do that at a hotel usually) it was delicious. We stayed over a cold snap and the pool wa heated so we were still able to swim. Everything was just lovely. Made my 13yo daughter’s birthday so special. I almost forgot that we came on a wellness weekend and were able to enjoy a few of the classes. There’s a wonderful community of people in Galveston. We really loved everything about it. Gold stars all around. "

"Our stay was amazing! Host was super friendly, gave us a tour and said make yourselves at home. Was very helpful with transportation to and from cruise port, helped with a place for our vehicle for the week and was very responsive to any problem or concern! Breakfast was amazing and home cooked by the owners chef. The whole experience was wonderful and price was great :) "

"Beautiful historic "home". Loads of thoughtful touches and amazing hosts. The pool was so wonderful and warm it was like an oversized hot tub. Breakfast was amazing! The location was easy to find and felt very safe. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next couples getaway. "
