"I booked for 5 nights this was my second time staying at this facility. After a long 12 hrs shift each time I get the keys the doors would not open and I have to walk back to the front desk and this was the second time this happened . Frustrated I walked back to the front desk expressed my frustration I was met with aggression by this night shift staff last 2/16 who would not offer an explanation or apology but rather pointing fingers at me and asking me if I wanted to check out or stay was my choice. If this is what you have as the face of your hotel then u shouldn’t waste your time marketing cos you are already demarketing your business with is staff. She never offered any answer just insults and there was another customer there . She threw the key at me it was the eorsg gmtreatmrnt I will spend only one one night instead of 5 "

"We were delighted to stay at this property. The place was immaculate. The service was impeccable. We will try to go back there if available. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a quiet Luxurious place to stay other than your typical hotel type atmosphere. This is definitely a 5+."

"Room had mold on the wall. Tub did not drain. Pool was green. Was not aware we had to pay for parking until we arrived. Breakfast hours were limited and options not great. "

"We stayed two nights, we were in a room that was kind of dark with no window but asked to be moved and they were able to accommodate. It was on the third floor which was kind of difficult to climb. Would recommend that they say that when you book. Overall it was a nice stay. "
