「Stayed here for almost two weeks. Highly recommend.」

「Lovely and friendly staffs, super helpful and caring. Everything make me comfortable as stay at home. Thanks. 」

「無電視觀看，有點失望, 加上用唔到iPhone 投射上電視，最後只能用YouTube 。 其他設施及供應唔錯。不過地點有點難找，最好有路線示意圖。」

「No regular house keeping but can book via whatsapp or call, house keeping is very thorough, and refilled all of the essentials. Reception replies very quickly through whatsapp and is very helpful. The location is ok convenient, located in a residential part, has a cheap supermarket Netto just around the corner, and a 10 to 15 mins walk to the østerport station. Air con is really strong, kitchen facilities are excellent but quite old esp the exhaust fan. A lot kitchen utensils available. Quite...

「地點方便，客房很乾淨，服務友善，尤其是早餐非常棒！」

「如果能夠有微波爐就更好了」

「Solo traveler. Beautiful hotel. Great location. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend.」

「Everything was really nice except the shower space is quite small and also the room doesn’t have air conditioning and you need to make sure the staff provide you duvet that fits the weather - went in spring/early summer and they gave me feather duvet and it’s just killing me at night. Location is good and staff is really friendly and helpful! 」

「Camera pulita e personale attento alle esigenze del cliente」

「Central location. Clean room, access to kitchenette and laundry」

Those 5 elevators are effecient and fast to accommodate numerous hotel guests. The staff at receiption were efficient to handle check-ins. Room rate is a bit over. But given the location and the cleaniness, the...

「Room was clean and comfortable. 」

「The staff did all they could, but when there simply isnt enough staff, not much they can do about it. It took a fairly long time to queue for check in, we had dinner in 1 restaurant, needed to wait for quite a bit simply for a staff to be free to show us the table, orders and pay the bills etc. This is probably management problem rather than individuals...」
