We stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions before. This time I booked non-refundable room and unfortunately all of our family got sick so we had to cancel our trip to Copenhagen. The hotel refused to make an exception and didn’t suggest to change the date or giving a hotel credit to use for future reservations. Supper annoying approach towards a returning customer.
