Fantastic hotel for families. Great location and easy access to train station. Close to so many restaurants and Juno Bakery! Easy walk over to the harbour and new district. On hot days, go for a swim there as well!

We truly loved our stay at the hotel! Our apartment was in the tower, on the 14th floor. If Copenhagen itself wasn’t such a beautiful city, we could have been tempted to not leave the apartment at all. The views are absolutely spectacular and the setup is very “hygge” whilst stylish. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, the quality of the breakfast was good and we also enjoyed the pool. The location itself is excellent. Many good restaurants, bars, public transportation and supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance. We enjoyed taking the water bus into the center of Copenhagen.

Very spacious rooms with fantastic water view! Super quiet but convenient location. Front desk staffs were very helpful and friendly! Kinda wish they have some occasional light housing keeping/cleaning services (only provided for 1-week+ stay) but I’d still highly recommend the stay!

The location is very convenient to train stations. Both the Metro and the S Train. The roads are a bit bumpy so plan accordingly if you plan on using a roller suitcase. Also, our room was in the Charlottehaven Tower which was a separate building down the street from the main Charlottehaven complex. We didn’t have an issue with this as the rooms were great, but if you want to use the gym/pool you have to walk back down the street. Other than that no complaints.

Very convenient for the Copenhagen marathon. In a beautiful & safe residential area. These are apartments with a washing machine and a dishwasher. They are very clean. There’s a check in area with a brunch place. The building shows its age - but overall happy.

Really great accomodation, located very close to the metro and train at Nordhavn, meaning it's so easy to get in and out of central Copenhagen but well placed to venture off up to Hornbeak and Honsingor. Excellent pool, immaculately clean and pretty quiet with all the floats needed for kids. Nordhavn is a new area with outdoor swimming, restaurants and plenty of grocery shops (Menu/Metro/Lidl). We self catered so cannot comment on breakfast available in hotel. Thanks Charlottehavn - we will be back!

Great walkable location with excellent, friendly multilingual customer service staff (Danish & English). The facilities were going through renovations but it was still all usable and will be beautiful when it’s finished. Warning - Copenhagen is not a cheap city for accommodation. Needing space for ourselves and our adult daughter for 4 nights, (more that a folding mobile bed), we opted for this apartment@ approx $AU1,000 per night it was more than we expected to have to pay but the apartment, property, location and service could not be faulted. Loved the ‘green’ initiatives! Would definitely recommend and return.
