「we've booked two same suite but at the end the hotel gave us one ensuite and one smaller room the charge of the room are the same which we are very disappointed with this but they hotel said they don't have other room for us. the kitchen supplies was not enough, there is no spoon / folks / knife in one of our room and I requested for it but never deliver to us. the so call "room cleaning" service is not daily. they will not clean the bathroom bin / take your rubbish everyday. 「Storage space is a bit small for the room, the bed is comfortable and lighting have four mode for choice which is interesting. The kitchen is pretty small. Bathroom is fine and clean esp. non-peak hour. It’s a pretty good hostel as my experienced. 」

「Very "Scandic" design of the room. Don't feel it was big enough for family of four. Maybe there are big rooms but were not available for our dates. Location is very convenient and useful for business travellers. Helpful staff. They would change the sheets and toiletries every day on request. Free storage room.」
