「Nice and clean room. Breakfast and dinner have huge selection. The best part was the spa has several pools with different temperature. Our favorite was outside next to the heated pool. Temperature was just right for swimming and beautiful in the evening. 」

「Otel merkezi yerde temiz ve düzenli bir otel ama ilk gün otel odasini toplanmaya gelmediler 2. Gün otel müşterisi olmama rağmen özel organizasyon denilerek otelin bar ve restoran bölümüne alınmadım. Bunca otellerde konaklama yaptım içlerinde diğer ülkelerde bundan cok daha iyi otellerde vardı ama hic birinde otel müşterisinin otelin barına ve restoran bölümüne alınmadığını ne gördüm ne de duydum hele ki dışarıdan gelen musterileri alıp otel müşterisinin alınmaması kötü bir davranıştır . 」

「Location is right at the centre, at the pedestrian street and main shopping area. It is upstair of the tourist information office. On the G/F there is also a 24-hour supermarket. The hotel is located on 4/F of a rather old building, access through a very old-fashioned small elevator. Once inside the funishing is very modern and constrast greatly with the exterior of the building. The room is well maintained and of a high standard. Free WIFI is working well. 」

「Reception services are outstanding. They help and even protect us from some taxi threat. One outside taxi driver cheat me ten times of the fees and did not let me go, but the reception persons go to help and save me after my wife ask help. Excellent services and attitude that I have never seen before in another hotels even I go travelling nine times a year!!」

「Odalar çok temiz. Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Merkezi bir noktada özellikle toplu taşıma kullanarak 10-15 dk. da gitmek istediğiniz her yere ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Biz memnun kaldık. 」

「Konum ve manzara kusursuzdu. Teras manzaram Aziz Mark kilisine bakıyordu, en uzak nokta 20-25 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi bu nedenle çok çok memnun kaldım. Oda küçük bir bakımla çok daha iyi olabilir, teras camının kırıklığı bant ile kapatılmış ve perde sökülmüştü ancak genel olarak çok memnundum. Her Belgrad seyahatimde tercih edeceğim. Çalışanlara da güler yüz ve hediyeleri için teşekkür ederim.」
