I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the very start, the team was incredibly responsive, answering all of my emails and questions promptly and thoroughly. Their customer service is top-notch! The hotel itself was spotless, with every area well-maintained and inviting. The breakfast was absolutely excellent—fresh and delicious! Additionally, the airport transfer service was flawless. The shuttle arrived on time and made the journey seamless, ensuring I had a stress-free experience getting to and from the airport. Second time booking this hotel and if we come to Belgrade again we will definitely book it! Very clean, modern, convenient ! Continental breakfast offers a great variety, communication with staff was easy, they are going above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. They offer pick up and drop off at the airport which is also very helpful. Highly recommend !

Good place to stay a night before the flight. Transfer to airport costs 7e and driver had a very bad attitude (smoking, no help with luggage at all, rude); bus packed with people from other hotels.

Cons: The black out curtains were not able to fully blackout the light, as curtain was too small and not on all the way. I couldn't figure out the air conditioning. On the way to catch the bus to the airport I was greeted by aggressive street dogs. Loud Chinese guests heard yelling throughout the night. Pros: friendly, helpful staff 24/7. Great continental breakfast.

The Air Star Hotel is very much to be recommended. Being a little bit off-site, it can afford to offer a good, full service at decent prices and acceptable conditions in a manageable distance to Nikola Tesla Airport, Belgrade. I enjoyed the stay, the young staff was very kind, supportive and perfectly english speaking. The room was comfortable, the breakfast and the conference rooms in the attika make a special asset with the potential to become a roof top bar, too. Looking forward to next time at this place.

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht...hatten das Airstar mit Deluxezimmer gebucht und wurden vom Hotel in ein anderes Hotel umgebucht...Zimmetpreis im neuen Hotel 50 Euro...da wir das Airstar für 89 Euro gebucht hatten misdten wir dieses auch bezahlen...ich würde das Airstar nicht mehr nichen...einfach zu unverschämt...aber mit deutschen Touristen kann man es ja machen
