5 star boutique hotel , which is rare.

Great location , excellent service and courteous staff. Will definitely stay here again. The only improvement i would make is to expand the room service menu to include more options, otherwise a true 5 star hotel.

Clean room. Quiet. Very dark (pitch black) with the curtains drawn, which was good for sleeping. Everything we needed. Clear menus, information, etc. around the room. Always great, friendly, helpful staff downstairs, at all hours. When the cleaning staff saw that the air conditioning unit was dripping, people fixed it right away. Minor annoyances: One of the 2 complimentary bottles of water was cleared away before I was done with it :( It'd be nice if there was more spare space in the fridge (full of small beverages and snacks). This particular room had a bathroom that works for baths but is not easy for hands-free showers (the showerhead-on-a-hose couldn't be aimed well while on the wall mount, without spraying out of the bath).

Lovely stay

Clean and comfortable. Quite a breakfast spread (croissants, hardboiled eggs, hashbrowns, meat, cheeses, fruit...). I didn't get a chance to use the sauna or book a massage, but nice that those are possible. Friendly staff. A heart chocolate in a little box each day. Two bottles of water for free: once for the stay. Sometimes there was a hairdryer kind of smell that would get into my bathroom, but that was the only issue. That and no recycling bins or compost, however that's the way of the country/city, as I understand.
