「This hotel short of staff and no instructions to assist late check in. actually it's 7pm. We spent 1 hour to find out how to check in. it's totally unacceptable and unsatisfied. Not house keeping for the second night stay and no blanket in the room. Won't book this hotel anymore for my next trip for this hotel.」

「The staff were very helpful. Unfortunately, a few cockroaches appeared in the room, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully. After staying two nights, the staff kindly arranged a room change, and I was finally able to rest comfortably.」

「The spacious, clean room and helpful, kind staff were hotel highlights. The fact that spa and water park facilities were included in the price is incredible. The only suggestion for improvement in the surrounding area is a mini-market for guest convenience.」

「Location was perfect. Thera are god restaurants near by. Being in the centre of Belgrade we expected some noise during the night, but it was very quiet. The apartment is on the high grund floor, so no more than 10 risers to the ground lavel. The living/kitchen area is a bit tide up, there is no kitchen but you can prepare coffee or have som snack there. Fridge is the minimum size and no suitable chairs. We will spend another three nights there just before our flight back.」
