Great location - one block from main historical and pedestrian only shopping, at half the price of comparable hotels. The hotel fixed 2 things in my room with 2 hours of arriving - a flickering ceiling pot light that was causing a strobe light effect, and the large square rainhead shower head that was spraying like crazy in all directions due to calcium and other buildups. Very prompt and great service.

Rusty appliances in the bathroom, unhelpful and rude staff. Definitely shouldn’t advertise itself as a 4 star hotel. There’s a parking garage nearby - this is true. However, nobody tells you it’s completely full most of the time

Good location. New building renovation. All the staff were helpful and willing to chat about their beautiful city , and things to do. Very accommodating. The breakfast was good. A bit of everything. The cappuccino was awesome. I’ll stay again. A block away from the busy walking streets and restaurants.

Location location location very convenient. However, there’s one night I waited outside the hotel for like 40 minutes coz the door won’t open due to no staff available. Blonde girl receptionist abandoned her work post. Tried to contact thru Expedia multiple times, no response at all.

Hotel rooms were a good size, clean and in prime location to be within close proximity of the new and old town. Staff were kind, friendly and very helpful. Matteo in particular went the extra mile by arranging one of our nights out with a contact he knew very well. Excellent hospitality and never felt wanting for anything.
