聖露西亞度假村

「Staff were ALWAYS friendly and accessible The experience was awesome」

「Excellent customer service from rotania at check in and Brandon at the beach services」

「I liked the appearance of the hotel it was beautiful and very clean. Although i will say the hotel is a place for a couple to go to be secluded and not leave the resort because it is very far from the rest of the activities offered in the country. The food was also very good. I enjoyed my stay other than that」

「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」

「If you’re considering whether to go or not, we would recommend you go. We loved our stay here because the food was so good and the staff were exceedingly kind and generous. The resort is absolutely stunning and we received a complimentary upgrade to our room which was amazing. In terms of negatives, I will say that the bugs on the resort can be a lot, but it really depends on the person (I only got one to two bug bites but my wife got more than 20). The bug spray did seem to work when we put it...

「Great stay...Amazing customer service, wonderful staff, good food and more! La Toc was a great choice!!」

「The resort manager and all managers were outstanding in resolving a room problem that we had. Nothing wrong with the room but was located next to the entertainment area, we asked them to move us to a quiet area of the resort and they were very happy to help us. The service was above expectations and made our week absolutely fantastic!」
