「No hot tub hot water no pool」

「We couldn’t even get to it because of the rain. They told us that it was no problem getting there. We drove all different ways to get there and no luck. We called them up and they lied to us about roads being open. No refund. No I’m sorry. I’ll never book through you or stay at that place again. I can’t help the roads were closed and I and the other two couples deserve a full refund. Email me back and explain this to us please」
