"Rude staff and Multiple rooms were unacceptable"

"Refused a room. Harrassed by front desk and manager even after showing them proof of room purchase with receipt. Did not feel comfortable sleeping at this hotel so we did not check in to the room we payed for. We went to the crown plaza hotel down the road. Much better service. The manager also lied and said he refunded our room. We never got a refund"

"Given what appears to be an older building, it’s been maintained very well. Room was clean. Closet door was off track, but that was easily remedied. The best part of our stay was Berta, front desk associate. She was AMAZING!!!!! So friendly, out going, gave great information, and was knowledgeable about the area and things to do. She was very bright and cheery. She worked til 11pm the night we checked in and was back in the early morning, still with a smile on her face and in good humor. She made conversation easy. :) This was a great property for a girls weekend away, staying two nights. We have the 2 bedroom suite. It was at the end of the hall, very quiet (except for sirens outside window one morning), and spacious. it was located in a more industrial part of town and felt very safe. Nice grounds and had we visited a few weeks later than we did, we could’ve utilized the outside patio and fireplace. We look forward to using that next time. Thank you!!!"

"3-star property with 5-star staff. The hotel and rooms could use a refresh for sure, but I wouldn’t want to deter anyone from staying here especially as an individual traveller. The staff were all extremely friendly and help"

"Hotel was a maze of hallways! I felt like a rat in a maze!! Never seen anything like it and really would never want to stay in this hotel again. But, on the positive side, the room was outfitted with a complete kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, silver, utensils, etc. and a bar height table and chairs. On the negative side, the deodorizer used in the room (apparently to cover up a lingering bad smell) was way beyond overwhelming. The window was wide open when we arrived to the room even though it was in the 20s and snowing outside. We had asked for a room on the quiet side of the hotel but given the busy street side so we had to switch rooms. The next room was slightly better but still had the smell of cleaning fluids or carpet deodorant. Sorry to say that it was not a great experience or relaxing environment. Breakfast was not the greatest either. Skip this one if you can. "

"There was no kitchen in room lots of stuff to do within 5-10 miles from hotel staff was very friendly room was efficient I would of like to have picked the floor I was on the third floor I much rather would have liked a first floor room the variety for breakfast could have been better but all in out it was a decent stay "
