NO Handicap room

My in-laws booked a room months in advance due to my father in-law needing a handicap room. We were called and said the people in the room extended their stay and now no handicap room was available. My in-laws needed a room like that. We were very upset. We did not like that it was an extended stay and no breakfast or other things like that. It was easy to get to from HWY and was in a good safe area.

Staff was pleasant & friendly. Pillowcases had odor & we stayed with family in different rooms & they too detected a foul (feet) smell. We enjoyed our stay & hope to return soon. Complimentary coffee was a nice touch as many adjacent restaurants close early. Clean lobby & store organized.

I wish they would bring back free breakfast, even if it is grab and go. When on the road its nice to roll out and not have to make another stop. And for the cost of the hotel providing cereal bars, yogurt or fruit isn't that much.

Weekend stay for a wedding. Check in was slower than normal, shower wouldn't get hot and room smelt like a locker room. Beds were fairly comfortable tho.

It was easy to find. Quiet, clean. Things were a little worn looking but overall it was above average. They did not serve breakfast but they charged less ($20) than other motels that provide it. We usually go out to breakfast anyway. I would stay there again.

Wonderful stay!

11 night stay and zero complaints! Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was exceptionally clean as was the rest of the property. I will happily stay here again and recommend this hotel over any of the others in the St. Joseph area.

The staff was super friendly. The area around the hotel is nice. Super quiet but the hotel it’s self is lacking. The beds and pillows are the most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept on. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t shut all the way. We won’t be back.

Check in was easy- the hotel was quiet because it is away from the highway but not too far. Dog friendly hotel, I did not have a dog but everyone who did seemed happy. Easy walk to the mall area.
