"Hotel Sumratin is outstanding. The staff are extremely professional, helpful, and courteous. We arrived late to the hotel and they had already streamlined the check-in process so our wait time was minimal. The staff was attentive and helpful. The food is exceptional and the facilities are beautiful. If you are looking for a hotel in Dubrovnik, Hotel Sumratin is perfect!"

"The location is excellent—within walking distance of Dubrovnik’s Old Town. On-site parking with included valet service was also very convenient. The massage with Stevan was absolutely amazing. He was highly professional, kind, and provided an excellent treatment. We are vegan, however, and found the food options at the hotel disappointing. There was no vegan yogurt, sausage, or burger available in any of the restaurants. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect a much better range of vegan options."

"The facility was great! We got the last room available that had the ceiling very low (it was the last floor below roof), that was the only thing. Also, the owner asked us to leave the AC off when not in the room, so at the end of the day it took a little time to cool off to a comfortable level."
