There are many positives to staying inside Old Town Dubrovnik. This property would make an excellent choice. Rooms are very tasteful, comfortable, and well-appointed. Do not expect full hotel amenities.

This is a 5-star property with plush accommodations, very well stocked with amenities. Centrally located. Smooth check-in/out experience. The only issue, about which I provided feedback directly to Carla, was that they should upgrade their WiFi to 5-star to match the quality of their property.

Loved Staying at 7Oaks, the room is comfy with everything you need, Carol ( hope i mentioned her name correctly!) she checked us in and explained everything about it, sent us recommendations of places to visit around. Room includes all amenities, including a mini fridge and a very nice chilled A/C!! top priority at Dubrovnik!!We stayed at the heart of Old Town so everything is just minutes of walking distance. Lots of restaurants to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everyone is so nice, polite n willing to assist, If you coming to Dubrovnik n decide to stay at Old Town, stay at 7Oaks, you won’t regret it!!!

Excellent location, beautiful room. Be aware that there are 6 or 7 steps up to front entrance and there is no full time reception. You must advise them of your arrival so someone can let you in. No breakfast provided. For the price they charge, there should be a voucher fir a nearby restaurant.
