Perfectly clean and very well kept. Staff was super professional and nice. And good location - no stairs required! One recommendation - include a better description of the location. Literally say it is in the upper floors of Restaurant Forty Four and use that address. The street address on file is around the corner and not related.

Todo estuvo excelente, la ubicación, la habitación, el servicio, todo el personal, en especial Daniel que nos dio una súper bienvenida. Es típico que en las ciudades antiguas y amuralladas no entren carros, para cuidar sus calles y por lo angosto de sus callejones; pero no tiene que ser preocupación, el hotel está muy bien ubicado, no muy lejos de una de las entradas de las murallas y Daniel muy amable te espera ahí para ayudarte con las maletas hacia el hotel, así es que te sientes muy cómodo con este hermoso detalle; al igual cuando te vas, Te acompaña hasta tu taxi con tus maletas. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Mi esposo y yo nos quedamos en la habitación reflections, con un balcón hermoso contiguo a una iglesia ortodoxa, disfrutamos de esa hermosa vista . Wow Felicidades por tener un hermoso lugar lleno de detalles y comida deliciosa a unos cuantos pasos de todo. Sin duda volvería a ese fantástico e inolvidable lugar.

Thank you to Stan and staff for looking after us. Room was lovely all the staff were excellent. Comfortable bed, beautifully tided and cleaned every morning. Oliver looked after us for breakfast every morning, being helpful and polite. The restaurant food was excellent, ate here 2 nights as a treat. Perfect location in the walled town, could walk around easily, could be a little noisy at night, but that was from being close to the beer tavern, outside area…this went peaceful after midnight. We had a lovely time in this very perfect property…thank you.

This hotels is in a great location next to many restaurants and bars. Just off the Main Street but walkable to anything in old town. Staff was very attentive and the housekeeping was among the best we have seen. Includes breakfast is just the right amount of food. We hope to return soon.

The room was lovely, with a nice private terrace. Guesthouse Fortyfour is in the middle of the walled city, so it was a busy area with loud music from a nearby bar at night. The windows are well sound-proofed, which helps! Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Thank you to the Guesthouse team!

A charming guesthouse in the old town, walled city of Dubrovnik. It's an old stone building so no lifts, but staff were most helpful with carrying our luggages up to our rooms. The hotel restaurant is also excellent and stylish.

This hotel is beautiful and in the center of Old Town Dubrovnik. Rooms are spotless, spacious, and very modern. We loved the breakfasts in the morning, and received 5-star service from everyone who works there. The manager not only arranged transportation but also walked us and our luggage to the main gate to ensure our driver was there. My only suggestion would be to bring earplugs as the bars near the hotel can get loud on weekend nights but it was fine once I put my earplugs in. Other than that, it was a perfect choice and plan to go back.

Excellent Stay in Old Town Dubrovnik

What a wonderful hotel/Guesthouse!! We loved it. Guesthouse Forty-Four is located in the center of old town which was a perfect location for us. Stan met us outside the gates and carried our bags to the hotel, checked us in and served us our first glass of wine. Everyone we met at the hotel was friendly and professional. We would definitely highly recommend this place. Thanks for making our visit wonderful!

旧市街の中心に位置する家族経営の宿でオーナーがとても親切で快適に過ごすことが出来ました。空港から送迎を往復で依頼しましたが料金もリーゾナブルで、オーナー自ら城壁の入口で出迎えてくれ、重たい荷物も運んでくれ助かりました。1階のレストランは美味しくサービスも行き届いてます。

If you're looking for a boutique hotel in old Dubrovnik look no further. This hotel is so well-maintained and the staff is accommodating in any way that they can be. You are family when you are there. Breakfast is outstanding and the rooms are great! A special shout out to Stan! He went way above what we asked him to do and made our stay incredibly special.
