「This hotel is conveniently positioned halfway between the Wimbledon and South Wimbledon train stations. Good restaurant for breakfast or dinner. We have stayed multiples times and like it. Has a new feel to decor but my only reservation is the carpets need cleaning throughout, especially in the stairwells. 」

The guest house is only a short walk (approximately 10 minutes) from Balham centre and tube. I have stayed here previously and will definitely use again.」

「We stayed there for 6 days. It is generally very good for money. I could always take food from the fridge to cook in the pantry, not only for breakfast and prepare the lunch boxes. There are bread, ham, bacon, susages, eggs, juices, milk...., also unlimited supply. It also has the washing machine and drying machine, free of charge. The location at Tooting is good too. It takes around 5min to walk to Tooting Broadway Station. It takes around 30min to City Center by North line. Going to airport...

「Although it is a small room, it has all things we need. However, there are many spider webs in the room that make us very uncomfortable. There are many dust on the wall and on the shelves. The blankets have many dirty makers that we could not sleep well. The light seems that not enough. Also, the entrance the the room is too narrow and the tiles of the entrance are not flat. They are like a mountain.」

「Lovely little room with everything you might want … and nice bathroom which was much bigger than expected. Very convenient for visiting our daughter in Earlsfield and quiet overnight. We can recommend the cafe downstairs for a healthy breakfast 」
