「Everything was close to perfect, the only improvement that I would recommend is the bathroom, needs some touch up work. Christopher is amazing, made me feel like home. 」

「Our first room had a broken shower head. Our "upgraded" replacement room had a very nasty (yellow slimy inside the bowl) toilet that was obviously not cleaned. There was a dirty wet hand towell that looked as if it had mopped the floor folded up on the rack with the clean ones. The bathroom floor looked as if it has never seen a mop. The bedding appeared clean and beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The cleaning staff needs some retraining.」

「Thought I was booking a family run old hotel. Turned out no staff on site, needed app to open door, room ceiling leaked into my suitcase, broken arm on couch in lobby, porch furniture was dirty, internet went down so key app did not work, smelled moldy, etc. very disappointing.」
