「Very helpful and kind staff, clean room, bar available for meals. The hotel is well connected to the rest of the city and there are plenty of shops nearby. There isn't a fitness facility and the hallway noise does come into the rooms, but I'd definitely recommend for someone visiting London.」

「Staff were all very helpful but the room was very hot and the a/c was useless. We struggled to set it ourselves not realizing that after you set it you had to press an on button. Staff did this manually from the front desk, but the temperature of the room stayed at 26 all night. Room was small but cleverly designed to not feel cramped.」

「Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage.
