「Had a wonderful stay. Location! Location! Location! Very quiet room right in the center of Köln. Everything is within walking distance. The meals in the restaurant were delicious and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We have already booked our room for Karnaval.」

「Tolle Unterkunft」

「The automated check in procedure is a mess. The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message. This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid. If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer. The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool. 」

「Persoonlijk welkom door eigenaar. Fijn hotel-appartement, modern, rustig gelegen, comfortabel, gastvrij-gevoel.」

「convenient location, easy to find it. Near to the city centre.」
