Cleanliness was a real issue. Disgusting false eyelash stuck on the quilt. Carpet and window sills not clean. No staff or reception when corporate card didn’t work. No facilities beyond room.

フロントのないアパートメントですが、気楽に過ごすには快適。机を出すと出入りが難しいとか、数日滞在ではゴミ箱がいっぱいになるとか、シャワーの排水が悪いとか、虫が気になるとかは改善の余地あり。内装の工事中だったので、改装後は期待します。メール等のコミュニケーションは良かったです。

Sauberes & kompfortables Zimmer

Der Check-in erfolgte einfach und schnell an einem Automaten. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten angenehm zum schlafen. Nur das Schlafzimmer war sehr klein, im Gegensaz zum Bad, das recht groß war. Für ein paar Nächte aber absolut in Ordnung. Ansonsten alles wie beschrieben.

Super Lage, nicht so sauber wie es sein könnte

Das Zimmer ist relativ klein und obwohl Kingsize Bett explizit gebucht wurde, waren dies nur zwei aneinandergeschobene Einzelbetten. Die Einrichtung ist in Ordnung, aber das Zimmer hätte besser geputzt sein können, das war so lala. Die Lage ist super und das ist der Riesenvorteil, allerdings gibt es niemanden vor Ort und Zutritt in Zimmer über Karte, Tür unten war offen und in einer Nacht hatte sich dort ein Obdachloser im Flur einquartiert. Ich komme in nächster Zeit häufiger nach Bonn und alles in allem kann die gute Lage den Rest nicht kompensieren. Schade, sah im Internet besser aus. Wenn die Haustürsituation besser gelöst würde und das Zimmer in der Grundreinigung besser geputzt wäre, würde ich es noch einmal buchen.

Die Zimmer sind super klein. Obwohl wir ein kingsize Bett reserviert haben, hatte das Zimmer zwei separate Betten, eines nur 80cm breite.

Schlechte Kommunikation und falsche Angaben

Leider muss ich sagen das ich relativ enttäuscht bin von der Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber war miserabel und nicht einmal unter der Notfall Nummer konnte jemand erreicht werden. Der Check in an einem Automaten ist total unpersönlich und wie gesagt bei weiteren Fragen konnte niemand erreicht werden. Desweiteren befindet sich das Hotel mitten in der Innenstadt wo es natürlich keine Parkplätze gibt, dass jedoch das Hotel keine Parkplätze besitzt wird nirgends angegeben und so mussten wir pro Tag 20 Euro extra fürs Parken zahlen. Noch dazu hatten wir zwei einzel Betten statt wie angegeben ein King Bett und die Kochnische bestand aus einer Mikrowelle und einem Wasserkocher. Das einzig Positive war das die Betten sehr gemütlich sind, es sauber war und das man sehr zentral wohnt.

small room in the centre of Bonn

Rooms are located in the center of Bonn, near restaurants, attractions and, most important, bus/tram stops. The real problem of this structure is the organization. At our arrival, as communicated by the structure, we made the check in at the restaurant. First of all, they gave us the key of a room already occupied by another person, so we had to performed by our own the check in using the computer at the entrance of the structure trying to understand the correct number of our room. Another problem was the payment. If you have problem to accept payment by credit card, write it on the room presentation. We had to come back 3 times at the resturant to pay just because every time there was some problem related to the owner of the structure. For us was very stuffy, because we were there for work, so we had to plan our schedule to get back to the restaurant. To be honest, the girl at the restaurant was Always very kind, but this issue has affected mostly our judgment on the structure. I hope that in the future the owner will take into account this question and will solve it. Nothing to say on the room, the problem was that we spent 5 days in Bonn and nobody arrived to clean up the room or, it was really bad, to give us toilet paper...we had to buy it by our own at the supermarket. As said previously, I would advise this structure for position and the price, but there are a lot of things to work on it.

needs improvement

the property has no reception so this makes several difficulties. My room was not cleaned during a week. The building is old with NO elevator/lift while corridors and stairs are narrow. so carrying a luggage to the 3rd level where my room was located, was a challenge. Rooms have no A/C and get hot in the afternoon and even during the evening while the pedestrian street with a couple of bar/restaurants are noisy until midnight (until 2 am on Friday night) and you should choose between closing the window and sleep in a hot room or enjoy drunk moods and yells! It needs many improvements to get a satisfactory remark.

Zentrales Hotel zum guten Preisleistungsverhältnis

Schönes Zimmer, Größe ist ausreichend! Super große Badezimmer mit Dusche. CheckIN war zwei Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Wird sich aber laut Info ab August ändern wegen einem Automaten. Ausstattung war für ein kleines Hotel gut! Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher etc alles vorhanden.
