"Checked in and checked out staffs were friendly and helpful. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the Cologne Cathedral. The were a lot to see along the way and this made the walk relatively enjoyable."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, however room was not clean, dishwasher was disgusting, centrally controlled air circulation was set to heat which meant room was extremely hot and only way to cool down was to open the windows to a very noisy street with traffic and ambulances running all night. ..."
