「Lovely small-feel property. The people behind the desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the best gyms I've ever experienced at a hotel that had everything I wanted for a short workout. 「It was in a great area. I felt safe walking around by myself. The staff was very nice. The only negative was that a couple of the staff was a little bit less approachable and I felt like they thought my questions were dumb; not often though. The cleaning staiff was great. 「The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. The food in Halo restaurant are very good. All staff are very nice and helpful, we must say thank you especially to a manager of Halo restaurant (we forgot to ask for her name). She is a very nice, many thanks for her arrangement on our breakfast time on the check out day. We are definitely will visit Dublin and stay in this hotel again. Super recommend to stay in this hotel.」

「The hotel staff are friendly and attentive but the hotel is getting a bit old. Restaurants inside the hotel are not outstanding but the best thing about this hotel is its location - many good restaurants, coffee shops, tourist attractions and souvenirs shops are within walking distance.」
