「It would have been helpful to have a room closer to the front door as I had a pet with me, but other than that room was fine, staff were very friendly and helpful.」

Toilet wasnt clean, bathroom light didnt work initially, towels weren't provided until I went to reception and asked for them, bed was uncomfortable.
