Great parking. We didn’t realise when we booked that the pub would shut at 8 pm on the Sunday which was disappointing but they gave us a key to enter the building and to come and go as we wanted. The bedroom was comfortable and the breakfast was very nice.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant had a good choice of evening food and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect as a stopover on our drive to Scotland from the south of England.

The Queens was a little gem in the countryside. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner was excellent and far exceeded normal pub fair. The room was small but well appointed and clean. The location was great for visiting Hadrian's Wall. Breakfast was also quite nice.

This is a lovely old pub in the middle of Warwick on Eden. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was cosy and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed one night as we were heading to Scotland. We had a lovely evening meal, which I had pre booked. We had the flat iron steak which was cooked to perfection. Breakfast the following morning was equally as good, and freshly cooked to order.

A pub restaurant with rooms located close to Carlisle which was ideal for work location for me. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. The restaurant food is delicious and the service very good too. On site parking in a rural setting just a nice place to stay and/or dine out.

Quirky room, room 3 with a low ceiling. Staff obviously mindful of the hot weather placed a fan in the room, really appreciated, great cooked breakfast in the morning and very good value for what we needed. We did have 1 very minor issue which we passed on, so hopefully that can be addressed for the future. Overall a resnable stay and adequate for or needs, the cooked breakfast stood out as the USP.
