「Clean, friendly staff」

「We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Lodge! The location is excellent, just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We especially appreciated how quickly the team responded when there was a temporary power outage in the area. 「Room was ok, but the property itself had a lot of trash around and we even found a food wrapper in the hot tub. The pool was not very clean, and the staff was less than helpful with the exception of one young man. Elevator was out the entire stay, imagine hauling a weeks work of luggage from up and down the fourth floor. We had zero housekeeping service and had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. Location is great, but overall will not be staying here again.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Vistalmar Beach Resort in Deerfield Beach. The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach, and easy access to restaurants and shops. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The pool area was relaxing and perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway」

「STAYED THERE FOR A WEDDING, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT FROM THE VALET TO THE ROOM. STAFF WAS AMAZING. THE BEACH WAS RELAXING. NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT THE SEAWEED THIS TIME OF YEAR IT HAPPENS SO I DIDNT EVEN FACTOR THAT INTO MY STAY REVIEW. ALLROUND AMAZING STAY WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK」

Our room was nice, maybe a little more dated than advertised on the website, but serviceable. The employees were extremely helpful, fast, and accommodating when it came to issues. The toaster oven in our unit was not working properly; they had a new one for us within 10 minutes. I would stay here again.」
