「The resort itself was very nice to stay in on the beach…the issue was once we arrived to check into our room. We arrived late Friday evening and checking in the attendant said, “I knew this would happen we are overbooked and your room isn’t available” and stated I had only paid for 1 night when in fact it was 2 nights and I had the receipt to prove it.
