「It was ok. Front desk couldn’t use new computer system. 」

「房间严重不符，预定时注明450尺，结果房间非常小，200都不到。投诉还不回应。骗子网站，建议注销。The room was completely different from the description. It was advertised as 450 square feet, but the actual room was very small, less than 200 square feet. My complaint went unanswered. This is a fraudulent website; I recommend it be shut down.」

Did not make the bed. The second morning they took our dirty towels, but didn't leave us new towels. Emptied the trash. Didn't make the bed. The third morning they left our dirty, towels and left a stack of clean towels on the bathroom sink. Empty the trash but didn't put new bags in the cans. ...

「I have been to more than 30 states in the United States, and this hotel is the worst. In order to save costs, since the pillows, jackets and sheets have not been changed, there are guests' hair and greasy black on the pillows, and the sheets have traces of burnt body hair and cigarette butts, the room is not soundproofed, and even a pack of coffee is not provided, we spend 83 dollars to live in such a terrible room. There's only $40 worth of service here, and it's rare for me to judge a service...
