「The outdoor pool at the Lakeside Lodge had an even tile on the deck where my son fell, hit his elbow and ended up with a large cut that needed stitches at the local emergency hospital. The hotel was quick to fix the issue with the tile, but no apologies or acknowledgment was made or other form of compensation for the fact that we had to spend half a day in hospital. Very unfortunate situation.」
