「I really loved the look of the hotel! The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were very welcoming. However, I do feel the hotel needs a little more time to develop and refine the overall guest experience before charging such upscale prices. It definitely has a lot of potential, and I’d love to come back in the next few months to see what improvements have been made」

「Spacious, clean and friendly staff. Happy with our stay. 」

「Amazing!!!」

「Good room size, wonderful outdoor hot spring」

「The guest rooms are clean and the staff are polite. It would be even better if there were more temporary rest areas for check-in guests in the lobby.」

「Breakfast control is very terrible and lound in the eating area」

「My third stay in this hotel. Always very satisfied with excellent service and friendly staff along with well maintained and clean premises.」
