「Very helpful staff and willing to provide support to visitors. Interesting experience to live at the mountain. Nice hiking experience during summer. Gondola ticket included in the room fee. Quite value for money if you already decide to take the gondola at sunshine village. For visiting the hotel, people can either take the gondola and shuttle provided by the hotel. 」

「Our Lodge was clean but dated. The sister hotel, Kilmorey, was across the street and much more modern. Upon accessing our room we enjoyed delicious, made at hotel lemon shortbread cookies. The front desk staff we dealt with (Caroline, Karli and Tonja were awesome and very welcoming. We had Uga in the dining room who also made our dining experience wonderful.」
