The condo we stayed in at Silver Creek Lodge was clean, spacious and had every cooking utensil to make our stay comfortable. Jacob was a superstar. He did everything from checking us in as well as fixing the tv that we screwed up with the remote control. The view was exceptional. We sat on the balcony as much as we could to take in the view of the beautiful mountains. We enjoyed the hot tubs every evening and booked appointments at Bodhi Spa. This is my 7th stay at Silver Creek Lodge and will definitely book again on my next stay in Canmore.

The hot tub was great unfortunately the steam room was not working. The cleanliness of our suite was only a 3. I did have to wash some dishes and only had one pot that was usable as the other two were burnt on the bottom inside and I tried to scrub it but it wouldn't come clean. The recliner was also broken and the blinds in the bedrooms were ripped and had spaces in them so no room darkening option.

Overall this property is great! We have stayed here before and loved it. The rooms are spacious and include multiple amenities (lots of cookware, toiletries). The balcony and view is amazing. Free parking is awesome! Some notes on improvements: - the surround sound stereo/bluetooth did not work within the room -the elevator definitely needs an upgrade but it’s still safe of course -tv is old and could be upgraded to a smart tv but obviously this is not required In general, we would definitely chose this property every time we visit Canmore.

Loved the fireplace. Room was cozy. Exceptionally large tub. The bed was NOT comfortable. Our biggest issue was the scented laundry detergent and/or fabric softener which did not agree with my sensitivities/allergies.
