「Pleasant surprise. This was a last minute switch and we are definitely coming back! Thank you.」

「Everything was satisfactory overall about the resort. I felt the food cost were inflated and drives most guest out for a more affordable family meal. The second issue is had were the wrinkles in all of the bed linen. The beds looked so un kept even after housekeeping cleaned our room.」

「Clean room, but there was oil stains under the sink, peeling wallpaper, mini fridge wasn’t working, and the couch seem old.」

「Rooms are on second and third floors. No elevator.stairs are steep. Steps narrow. Upon our arrival at 3:45PM our room was supposedly ready. However dirty sheets and towels remained on the floor and no bath soap. Also noted a dirty towel hung on the back of the bathroom door. Outside building plant foundation areas full of weeds and debris. Hotel rooms have been rehabbed and the decor is great. Location is great.Property needs improved customer focused management 」

「Clean room and it's close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The bar didn't open that Saturday night which surprised us because we were told it would be open.」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and my kids had a blast in the pool!」
