"The hotel is a little dated but the staff made up for it. Check in was easy and the man was very kind. Breakfast was delicious and staff were constantly cleaning and restocking the buffet. Very hard workers! The room was quiet and the pool was large!"

"Love the place. But, our room was filthy. Trash and dirty sock under the bed. Alot of dust under the microwave. The room had not been vaccumed. I was extremely disappointed."

"Can’t really complain. You can’t expect too much from a 2 star property. Staff was nice. Free parking. Only thing I’ll mention is that the shower head was leaking. It was spraying water towards the ceiling every time we turned it on. We had to hang a wash cloth on top of the leak to prevent the water from spraying us in the face as well. Other than that, the water was hot, shower pressure was fine."

"There were a few HVAC issues with the room though the frontdesk and maintenance teams were prompt and courteous. Service was friendly albeit a bit slow as it seemed they may have been a bit understaffed. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable; no significant shortcomings. "

"This cute hotel didn't miss any touches. They have sound machines in the room since they surround the pool. The room was very clean. The pool was nice and warm. We didn't have much staff interaction except in the afternoon and she was very nice. The vibe of this place was adorable. Will stay again. "

"We stayed in Keiko, cabin #23. The cabin is exactly as pictured. It is small but cozy, with space for two people (who at least like each other lol) to exist comfortably. Everything was clean and tidy, inside and out. The window view is spectacular. A/C and heat work well, and the kitchenette is well equipped with cooking utensils, plates, etc. In addition to basic bathroom amenities, there are some cabin-specific treats. Comes with - cocoa/coffee/oatmeal packets, small s'mores kit, electric lantern, skewers, AM/FM radio, some books, deck of cards, and firewood bundles for the fire pit. Suggestions: If you're diehard about your coffee, bring your own French press or single-cup maker. There is no television, and there is only one small (very small) shaving mirror. There is no hairdryer. Outlets are by door, counter, and in bathroom, so bring a long charger if you want it to reach the bed. Those are just a few things to note for planning. It is for camping in comfort and not meant to be a hotel vibe. (None of those things put me off, just thought they would be helpful to mention. I even had to get ready for a graduation the morning we left and was able to use the shower door reflection as a kind of mirror with no issues lol.) Overall, it was a great experience. Hassle-free check-in and check-out, as you receive door codes via text. We have both AT&T and T-Mobile, and we both had service on the property. They do have guest WiFi as well. Will definitely be doing this again!"
