My pillow was like a bunch of rolled up socks it was so lumpy. The bathtub ran all the time. The room smelled musty as soon as you walked in. The bathroom door was so warped it wouldn't shut.

The property is in desperate need of updates/upkeep. The walls in the room were damaged, cracked, and in need of repair. The carpet is clearly old and should be replaced. The quality of this "hotel" is more along the lines of a Motel 6, Ramada, or other properties that fall into the "under $100 per night" range. If not for the fact that this is located in a "tourist" area, it would be empty at the $150+ per night rate. I'll be going back to Hilton properties.

Checked in and got put in a Handicap room. Handicap shower I am not in need of those services. The room smelled musty and mildewed. We had to turn off the AC unit in the room because it was putting out the musty air and it was loud. It got very warm as it was a July day. Told the front desk about the room condition and they said they would have the manager contact me. I have heard nothing!!

Truley enjoyed our one night stay here. Staff were friendly. Really appreciated all the information sheets they gave us on hiking trails with directions and local restaurants.

The bathroom had someone else hair on the shower walls. Barf. No elevator, so had to drag your luggage up stairs. Walls are peeling and out of date. Great location.

Older building, could definitely use some upgrades but the convenience of its location was huge! We weren’t there to lay around in the room only to shower, sleep, and nap a bit. We loved the location the most! We visited lots of different places in Hocking Hills we may not have visited, if we were staying somewhere else. Great first time experience to HH. I would stay there again.

It was Fine. It was in a close enough area to where we wanted to go and it was a reasonable and good price for what we paid. Its not luxury so dont expect a big space or something like that but it is good for what it was and it does its job as a 3 star hotel.

Was upset the hot tub was down. Really was looking fists to using it after a long work shift and 4 hour drive. Staff was friendly and quick to check in. Helpful on where to park. Room was clean, shower curtain had a stain, breakfast wasn't that great. Eggs were rubbery looking telling me they are frozen not fresh. Sausage was the same and upset my tummy. Otherwise the place was amazing.

Stayed from Indiana for our Wedding Anniversary. Our suite was nice & we loved the Jetted Tub. Only thing about the room AC could have been a lot cooler other than that we definitely enjoyed ourselves before hitting up Hocking Hills.
