I’m on the 4th floor and I doubt if I could hear it so clearly but she hung up. The. At check out same lady I remembered her voice was very rude and short at check out.」

「Apparently buried somewhere on this hotel's listing on Expedia it says everyone is expected to put down a returnable $100.00 cash deposit upon check in which will be returned in the checking out process. I did not see this advertised on Expedia or their site but found it after the fact when I had to do a deep dive into the fine print terms and conditions. Something like this needs to be advertised openly and highlighted. Many people don't have cash like that on hand and can't afford to put down...
