「I booked a double bed room with a sofa bed to accommodate for 3 persons. The sofa bed was found not in good condition. Hotel arranged one more single room to us without additional charge. A good customer experience to us!」

「Although our room was small, the finishes were good and we had a very comfortable bed. Good quality bed linens, and a very attractive headboard and blind. The bathroom was newly fitted and certainly was well done. Even a shelf for toiletries - often missing! Decent sized towels too. Just a couple of things less then perfect - tv is too small and the window stay was broken. We did get a good rate though so no complaints! Staff are friendly and efficient- breakfast was very good. 「The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and nicely put together. The location is very about a 15 minute walk from the train station and is located in the heart of the city. 」

「great overnight stay at the Full Moon. Well decorated and equiped room, lovely shower. Brillant host and breakfast was very tasty and huge! Pity the bar was not open when we arrived (Sunday evening) as I felt that it is probably a really decent pub, I just wished we could have had a pint or two. Good place to stay if you are going to Longleat or exploring Frome.」
