「The property looks nicer ce on the outside. Clean and up to date. The inside needs some upgrades. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good washer pressure. It just needs updated.」

「It was nice having the extra space but there was empty pill bottles in one of the drawers, there is no room service, and someone obviously had spilled hair dye all over the floor and walls. The sink wouldn’t stay open to drain water. And the pool my kids were looking forward to wasn’t opened like it stated it would be. However; that might have been for the best and we ended up going to Lake Erie.」

「These rooms aren't being cleaned at all. We got our 1st room just 1 bed. 2nd room was filthy.! finaly the 3rd room, was dirty but we gave in. Just sad.」

「Clean, spacious room with newer bed. Everything I needed was in the room- microwave, fridge. I even had a hot tub. Also had a pool and fitness center. Decent food around. Free breakfast, but over at 9am. For the price, this was excellent.」

「Terrible. Everything about this place sucked. Tv didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Toilet was clogged. Black hairs in shower and sink. Drilling at 5 a.m. Horribly located. Can’t warn everyone to avoid this place like the plague.」

「Tyler at the front desk when we checked in was great. He was nice and was working hard to keep the lobby and pool table area clean. Then there was house keeping, they were rude, let us know they were understaffed. We told her all we needed were towels didn’t need our room clean, she let us know she was busy and we used the same towels for 3 days.」

「I prepaid for this room; upon checkin they asked for a card; and without telling me hit the card for $100 in case I smoked in the room; I'm a non smoker. The room had cigarette burns on the carpet and around the sinks and hot tub - apparently that money they took from me was to fix problems created by others. Never again will I allow that. Also, the hotel was under construction and it was very dangerous around the property.」
