"Nothing at all special about this hotel, the amenities nor the staff. The policies they have in place regarding wheel chairs is horrible and discriminatory! Staff was unsupportive and manager on staff was unhelpful in addressing our concerns "

"The check in procedure was arduous; when I pulled into the garage I had to beep to get an attendant's attention, so I could get my ticket. There was an empty luggage cart there so I was able to have the (wonderful!!!) bellhop Allen bring everything upstairs for me. There was construction going on in the lobby so I had to do some prospecting to find the mezzanine level and get checked in. I was having a terrible day (heinous protest traffic, impossible to go one block to get to the hotel, I was accosted by a homeless person on the street, etc) and Allen was VERY caring. Once I got into my room & unpacked, I noticed a few things. The toilet kept running every time I flushed it & I had to keep going back to jiggle the handle. Eventually I stopped doing that as it was inconvenient, after about 40 minutes it eventually stopped. I was also unable to open the sliding door curtains all the way; they got stuck on the rails (both the inner and outer curtain): that was disappointing, as I wanted to see the entire city without curtains blocking my view. (I had paid extra money to upgrade to a suite so I would have a balcony.) The elevators were majorly slow. The construction in the lobby made it hard to even get INTO the building...sometimes the front door would be open, other times there were workers behind the door & I had to wave & bang on the (glass) door for them to open the door. One time the guy could not figure it out & told me to go around thru the parking garage! Disappointing."

"The hotel offers you a bunch of amenities, honestly, it has a lot of things to do and also many options for dining, however if you travel during low season and with kids it’s not the best option since the pool is not open for kids unless is Friday or the weekend. Our room was overall clean although in needs a little deep cleaning and update. There was some wear and tear here and there that could be address. The staff was great, from all the restaurants in there not all of them were opened so be mindful with that."

"While my family enjoyed the waterpark and arcade, this was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Severely outdated. Old carpet, old furniture, cracked wallpaper, and slow elevators. We also did not receive new towels and cleaning during our two-night stay. I am not sure why a multi-million dollar investment was made to add a waterpark, but nothing towards updating the hotel rooms to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. The curtains in the room are probably the original curtains when this hotel first opened. We had to turn the thermostat up to 80 to get heat. Unacceptable!!! Stay somewhere else!! I regret staying here."
