「The hotel is a bit old, but still well maintained. It is great for commuting to Central and South Jakarta. The room was large and very comfortable. The best part of my stay was the staff - both Vincen and Putu at the reception were extremely helpful and professional. Catering was also great - the food options for breakfast were diverse, and I also enjoyed the dinner buffet a lot! Very happy with my stay and I would recommend it to friends and family. 」

「There were few minor niggles that detracted from the experience. First was being told that I was in a smoking room and having to pay for an upgrade to be in a non smoking room. Then I woke up in the morning and found that there were no towels or bath mates or handtowels in my room. On both the 2nd and 3rd night my room keycard did not work and I had to go downstairs to have it exchanged. The restaurant staff twice forgot to put out knives with the other cutlery..which makes buttering toast...
