"I have request non smoking room before arrival, however, the smell of the room still really bad of smokers, not sure whether the room that assigned to me is smoking floor is not cause i forgot to ask since i arrived very late at night and very tired. Ask for iron also takes so long, it seems they only have one item and i should waiting from another guest almost 30mins. However their room really spacious "

"All round good experience, check in and hotel staff always helpful and courteous, contributed to our relaxing stay. "

"Maybe it was not right choice for us. Hotel was overcrowded. Service was closer to a apartment style rentals."

"Best location near Blok M area. Minimarkets, cafés, food stall, viral food, mall, etc all around. Not far from MRT Blok M and bus stops. Easy to go anywhere, not that far from Gambir Station and SCBD. Love the vibes there, staffs are helpful. Room was clean and cozy, but the spring bed was a bit hard. All fine!"

"Staff friendly like usual...breakfast buffet excellent...room okay"

"Not recommended "
